Excess Telecom’s Connection Plan is a 10 GB broadband program providing four (4) months of coverage to individuals who qualify for the federal Lifeline Program. The Connection Plan requires payment of a $12 deferred service activation fee at the time of enrollment. Eligible subscribers may receive either a tablet device for a one-time $11 copayment if they are eligible for a subsidized device through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) or a free phone.
The Connection+ Plan combines Lifeline and Connection coverage to provide four (4) months of enhanced broadband benefits. Eligible subscribers must be eligible for the Federal Lifeline Program to enroll in Connection+. Excess Telecom offers Federal Lifeline Program services through its partnership with Infiniti Mobile.
Excess Telecom offers Federal Lifeline Program services through an agreement with Infiniti Mobile. Qualified individuals may enroll their Lifeline benefits with Infiniti Mobile to receive Lifeline services through Excess Telecom. A subscriber may only enroll to receive their federal Lifelines Program services through Excess Telecom if they also transfer their ACP benefits to the provider or enroll in Connection+.
