How do I confirm my address?
Simply log in to your account, review your address, and click confirm.
Will I lose anything by switching?
Not at all. Your Lifeline benefit, phone number, and plan remain the same. This is simply a network enhancement to provide stronger signals and better reliability.
Do I have to activate right away? 
We recommend activating your free SIM card right away to ensure seamless service and continue receiving your Lifeline benefits without disruption on the improved network.
When will I get my new SIM card?
If you’ve confirmed your shipping address, your new SIM card will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days of shipment. You’ll receive a notification once it has shipped, along with instructions for activation. If you haven’t yet confirmed your address, please do so as soon as possible to avoid delays.
What happens when I get my new SIM?
When your new SIM arrives, follow the instructions in the mailer guide to start using your upgraded network.
What if I don't upgrade networks?
If you don’t complete this free SIM card upgrade, your Lifeline service may eventually stop working as the current network infrastructure retires. We want to make sure you stay connected with stronger signals and uninterrupted benefits.
Can I switch back to my old network after upgrading?
The upgrade is part of a network and service improvement initiative designed to provide better coverage, stronger signal reliability, and continued access to your Lifeline benefits.If you have concerns about your new service, our support team is here to help ensure you’re fully supported with the upgraded experience.Once your service has been upgraded to the new network following activation of your new SIM, we’re unable to revert it back to the previous version.
What network am I switching to?
You are being upgraded to an improved network as part of our commitment to delivering better coverage, stronger signal quality, and enhanced reliability. The underlying network for your service will continue to operate through Excess Telecom, powered by IM Telecom, ensuring seamless connectivity and support. This transition will require a new SIM card, which will be provided to you at no additional charge. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to make your upgrade smooth and hassle-free.
