The Standard plan is an Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) plan offered by Excess Telecom that provides 15 GB of free broadband service. The Standard+ plan combines federal Lifeline and Standard coverage to offer enhanced benefits to qualifying subscribers. Excess Telecom offers federal Lifeline Program services through its partnership with Infiniti Mobile.
All ACP plans are shown with the ACP discount benefit applied to the listed price. The ACP benefits provides a $30 discount per month, except in Maryland where the benefit is $45 and on Tribal Lands where benefits are $75 per month. Qualifying ACP subscribers are eligible for a one-time benefit of purchasing from Excess Telecom an ACP-subsidized device for $11.
Excess Telecom offers federal Lifeline Program services through an agreement with Infiniti Mobile. Qualified individuals may enroll their Lifeline benefits with Infiniti Mobile to receive Lifeline services through Excess Telecom. A subscriber may only enroll to receive their federal Lifelines Program services through Excess Telecom if they also transfer their ACP benefits to the provider or enroll in Connection+.
