Excess Telecom offers federal Lifeline Program services through an agreement with Infiniti Mobile. Qualified individuals may enroll their Lifeline benefits with Infiniti Mobile to receive Lifeline services through Excess Telecom. A subscriber may only enroll to receive their federal Lifeline Program services through Excess Telecom if they also transfer their ACP benefits to the provider or enroll in Connection+.
